Solaut produces case packers, tray former and wrapping machines with stretch film for doors.

Our automatic packaging machines are all customable to the needs of our customers. We create special machines for particular needs both in terms of formats and productivity.

For production requirements that are not extremely high, where the weight of the investment is crucial, we build low-cost machines with productivity that is always adapted to the customer's needs.

For door manufacturers we build semi-automatic wrapping machines that also act as a mounting bench for the glass or the infill panel.

AUTOMATIC SOLUTION FOR EXHIBITOR TRAYS

Our automatic tray packers and case packers are used in the automation of the filling of cardboard containers suitable for use as exhibitors on the shelves of sales outlets. For sale in discount stores and supermarkets, are often used boxes (trays or American) open on the upper side on the front. A cardboard cover is inserted between the box and the product to close the box. Usually the filling is done manually. Solaut is able to automate the filling of this type of boxes at a relatively low cost.

The products we can pack are cartons and rolls; the load can be carried out laterally or from above.
